How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally shipped with in 74 hours (Monday – Saturday) using Delivery, DTDC & India Post. All delivery standards 7-10 working days

Will I be charged extra for delivery? If so what are the charges?

If your order does not meet the minimum order requirement, you will be charged delivery charges:

• For Telangana & Andhra Pradesh it is Rs 150/-
• For other states, you will be charged Rs 200/-

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our centralized warehouse in Hyderabad

If my order is getting delayed, will I be informed? 

Yes, you can track your order online. You will be informed in case of any delay on WhatsApp/SMS/Email depending on what you have chosen as your preferred method of communication.
